Hey! A good friend, Jeff, died speed flying off The Stawamus Chief in Squamish, 2013. I wrote 90% of this song while running a week later. Life of the party, at the best point in his life, "Jefe" lifted us all up, with shiny blue eyes & endless energy. Our huge crew of friends listened to lots of reggae.
